Precision Merced Asphalt Paving provides professional asphalt paving, sealcoating, repair, maintenance, and related services to residential and commercial customers in the Merced, California area and surrounding communities. Services are performed on-site at the customer's property based on a written agreement or accepted estimate.
The Company does not provide legal, engineering, or structural consulting services. Any recommendations made regarding pavement condition or repair options are the professional opinion of our crew based on visual inspection and experience - they are not a substitute for a licensed engineering assessment.
All estimates provided by Precision Merced Asphalt Paving are based on information available at the time of the site visit or initial consultation. An estimate is not a binding contract until both parties have agreed in writing to a specific scope of work and price.
Final pricing may change if the scope of work changes after the estimate is issued - for example, if additional damage is discovered once work begins, or if the customer requests changes to the original plan. We will communicate any price changes before proceeding with additional work.
Estimates are subject to material price fluctuations. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted in writing.
Once a job is scheduled, the customer agrees to have the work area accessible and clear of vehicles, equipment, or other obstructions on the agreed date. If access is not available, the job may need to be rescheduled, and the Company reserves the right to charge a rescheduling fee.
Asphalt and sealcoating work is weather-dependent. The Company may reschedule jobs due to rain, extreme temperatures, or other weather conditions that would compromise the quality of the finished work. We will notify customers as soon as practicable of any weather-related rescheduling and will work to find the next available date.
Customers may cancel a scheduled job without penalty at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover mobilization costs already incurred.
Payment terms will be specified in the written estimate or service agreement. A deposit may be required for larger jobs before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Invoices not paid within the time period stated on the invoice will be considered past due and may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by California law. The customer agrees to pay all reasonable costs of collection, including attorney fees, if a past-due account is referred for collection.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of estimate or booking. We reserve the right to place a mechanics lien on the subject property in accordance with California law for unpaid services.
